WorkL for Business Reviews & Product Details

WorkL for Business is the world’s leading platform for measuring and improving employee engagement and workplace happiness. Founded by Lord Mark Price (former Deputy Chairman of the John Lewis Partnership), the platform is built on the proven link between employee wellbeing and commercial success. Driven by the world’s largest database of employee sentiment, WorkL provides the actionable intelligence needed to build high-performance cultures. Through our media partnerships, with organisations such as The Sunday Times in the UK, we support the recognition and celebration of those organisations that achieve a high level of workplace happiness. The Six Steps to Workplace Happiness Unlike generic survey tools, WorkL uses a scientifically backed methodology centered on Six Steps: 1. Reward & Recognition: Ensuring fair pay and appreciation. 2. Information Sharing: Promoting transparency and open communication. 3. Empowerment: Giving employees autonomy and a voice. 4. Wellbeing: Prioritizing physical, mental, and financial health. 5. Instilling Pride: Aligning employees with the company’s purpose. 6. Job Satisfaction: Fostering strong manager-employee relationships. Transforming Data into Action WorkL’s standout feature is its Instant Action Software™. The moment an employee completes a survey, the platform’s AI generates personalised action plans for both the individual and their manager. This eliminates the "data lag" of traditional annual surveys, allowing teams to address friction points in real-time. Key Benefits for Organisations Predictive Analytics: Our "Flight Risk" and "Wellbeing Risk" models identify burnout and potential turnover before they happen, allowing HR teams to intervene proactively. Global Benchmarking: Compare your happiness scores against over 100,000 organisations globally, filtered by industry, size, and region. Talent Attraction: Top-scoring companies are featured on the "World’s Happiest Workplaces" list, providing a massive boost to employer branding and recruitment. Full Lifecycle Support: From pulse surveys and DEI tracking to exit interviews, WorkL covers every stage of the employee journey.
