Worki entrega soluciones de telefonía corporativa 100% en la nube para empresas y organizaciones de distintos rubros y tamaños. Su central telefónica virtual opera sobre protocolo VoIP, sin requerir cableado, hardware ni visitas técnicas, con configuración remota El servicio incluye minutos ilimitados a fijos y móviles en Chile, línea 600 corporativa, IVR con audio de bienvenida, panel de control online, portabilidad numérica sin costo y aplicación móvil para iOS y Android. Los anexos pueden operar mediante teléfonos IP fijos, aplicación móvil o softphone para PC, combinables según cada puesto de trabajo. Los planes se estructuran en tramos de 10 anexos y son escalables según los requerimientos de cada operación, desde equipos reducidos hasta estructuras de gran volumen. Las tarifas se expresan en pesos chilenos, sin reajuste por UF, y los contratos no contemplan permanencia obligatoria. Worki es un operador regulado por la Subsecretaría de Telecomunicaciones de Chile (Subtel).
