"Intuitive, Versatile, and Reliable—A Daily Essential"
What do you like best about Wordsmith?

I use Wordsmith everyday, multiple times a day, both for client work but also to manage my own practice. The platform is intuitive to use and offers several ways to interact with it, which I find very convenient. The responses are consistently high quality, with very few errors. I love how I can either interact with it via the email assistant, Word integration or Slack. Customer support has been both quick and helpful and Wordsmith keeps adding on new great features at an impressive rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wordsmith?

It's not perfect! I'm kidding, as a lawyer, I have to review all output in any event, so finding a mistake here or there helps me not to fall in a false sense of security while using AI. Compared to other legal AI tools I've used, this is the least error prone. There is room to improve the implementation of playbooks and the concept of workspaces is good, but I think a workflow component (with if/then options) would be a great addition.
