"Effortless Website Management for Non-Techies"
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

I use WordPress.com to create and manage websites and blogs effortlessly without needing advanced technical skills. I love its ease of use and all-in-one convenience, making it simple to create, edit, and publish content. The customizable themes allow me to quickly give my website a professional look without design or coding skills, while the built-in stats and analytics make tracking visitor traffic and content performance easy. I appreciate the clean dashboard, built-in security, and reliable performance, along with the automatic updates, hosting, and backups that give peace of mind and save a lot of time. The platform's reliable uptime and performance ensure that my sites run smoothly, and the mobile app makes it easy to manage posts and comments on the go. Overall, WordPress.com feels stable, well-supported, and always improving, making it a dependable platform for long-term use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

One area where WordPress.com could improve is flexibility on lower-tier plans. Some useful features like advanced theme customization, plugin installation, and deeper control over site functionality are locked behind higher-priced plans. This can feel limiting for users who want more control without upgrading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"WordPress.com: The Perfect Platform for Growing Our Travel Agency"
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

Visit Dhow Cruise In Dubai's owner, WordPress.com has been a marvelous assistant for operating our travel agency website. It has a friendly interface, is very dependable, and is the right platform for showcasing tour packages, writing blog posts, and providing travel guides. The enormous variety of themes, plugins, and search engine friendly setup not only make it easier for us to draw in tourists and improve our position on search engines but also help us keep our content fresh with no technical know-how. It’s safe, flexible, and perfect for the online expansion of a travel business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

Though WordPress.com is powerful, it still has some limitations in terms of advanced customization options when compared to self-hosted WordPress. Some plugins and design controls are only available for the higher-priced plans, which can be a financial burden for small businesses. Limitations of theme customization at times feel compelling, while performance optimization is closely correlated to the chosen plan. Nevertheless, these restrictions can be handled, and they do not have a major impact on daily operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A flexible website builder that grows with you"
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

WordPress.com is a dependable choice if you want a website that’s easy to manage but still offers room to scale. It’s not perfect, but it does the job well for most small to mid-sized projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

What I don’t like is that some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, so you eventually feel forced to upgrade if you want more control. Also, the interface can feel a bit cluttered at times, especially for beginners who just want to edit quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customization Heaven for Website Builders"
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

I really like the vast customization options on WordPress.com, especially the plugins for customization lovers like me. Plugins like LiteSpeed Cache help me by clearing my web cache, making my site and the dashboard run smooth. The Elementor plugin is great for customizing the homepage. I appreciate the export and import data feature too, as it allows me to back up my website data and restore it if something goes wrong. It's my all-time favorite feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

I think they need to work on recovering credentials details if the user forgets their username. There's no option to recover your username. If you forget both your username and registered email, you can't recover your login for the WordPress dashboard. Also, WordPress.com needs a basic beginner tutorial for the setup. "Easy website setup with some limitations for developers"
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

I like how quickly I can get a site live on WordPress.com without dealing with hosting or technical setup. The editor is simple to use, themes look clean, and updates and security are handled automatically, so I can focus more on writing and managing content instead of maintenance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

As a developer, it can feel limiting sometimes. Advanced customisation, full plugin control, and deeper backend access are locked behind higher plans, which can get frustrating when you want more flexibility or custom workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Wordpress: The Website Builder of the Future "
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

I like how user friendly Wordpress is, especially on the backend. It’s easy for me to create new drop down lists and menu additions. As well as posting new blog content. I like that I am able to upload as much content as I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

I dislike that Wordpress is the numerous plugins, updates accompanied by theme changes. Some of the plugins take long to update and the security regarding spam comments is frequent. I don’t agree with having to pay for a service to ensure that these falsified comments don’t appear on my page. This should be a free function through Wordpress. "Ease of Use with Customization Options"
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

I like the ease of installing and configuring WordPress.com. In less than 5 minutes, I can have a basic website just by purchasing a domain and hosting. Then, I can customize it to be how I like. I also value that WordPress.com allows for the creation of self-manageable sites that are easy to update, with various integrations for sales, social media connection, and RSS feed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

Prevention against hacks was a problem, I suffered a lot of ransomware due to WordPress plug-ins. It was resolved by installing a third-party plug-in. Also, perhaps the customization of basic themes could improve, for example, by being able to change colors or arrange things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
