Well, WordPress.com could improve on security because when you use many plugins, especially those developed from different vendors outside the WordPress.com ecosystem, you tend to have some security problems sometimes that can take your website down. Everything was good but there is a specific area which could be improved and need to implement, that is switch button for multiple sites. Switch button like switching multiple sites in WordPress within the same tab, currently users need to open separate tabs and login their site credentials there.
