It is an omnichannel tool that allows us to have control of our operation at a reasonable cost.

**What do you dislike about wolkvox?**

We are really happy with wolkvox, they are always attentive to our needs. We have an account manager from wolkvox who is attentive to always accompany us in the event of new developments.

**What problems is wolkvox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having an omnichannel platform that allows us to have control of our operations at a reasonable price and with a very good service, is a tool with very good functionalities, almost everything we need they can do or they always look for the best solutions.

**What do you like best about wolkvox?**

What I like most about the tool is that it allows me to track each of the interactions, figures, and reports in real time.

**What do you dislike about wolkvox?**

It could improve regarding the Quality Analyzer option, as it should have the option to monitor chats in the same way as calls are monitored.

**What problems is wolkvox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wolkvox allows me to solve day-to-day problems such as identifying if the management and advice my agents are providing is adequate.

Wolkvox helped optimize many processes through reports, calls, automatic messages, and customer interaction via WhatsApp.

**What do you dislike about wolkvox?**

Some details would be missing, such as saving information for a longer time and integrating consumption through meta into the APIs.

more communication with the clients, response times are faster

WolkVox Studio is spectacular, it is modified online, in real time, very dynamic.

**What do you dislike about wolkvox?**

it does not present a dashboard with indicators in the style of Power BI, it would be spectacular to have these indicators on the dashboard

**What problems is wolkvox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

everything concerning issues with the platform and with the carrier providers of lines and connectors, very comprehensive

Easy to use and its interface is very nice. Its support service is very efficient.

When you use the tool by first time the authentication system (IP register) is a little trouble.

The capacity to combine bots with human agents and with CRM.

**What do you dislike about wolkvox?**

There is no thorough documentation of the Wolkvox Manager, help desk is not capacitated enough for the programmers to help. They take a lot of time to answer a ticket, or solve it.

**What problems is wolkvox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wolkvox Manager has its flaws/errors that doesn't let me finish a Routing, especially when using the REST API snippet. The benefit will be seen when that works.
