What do you like best about Wodify?

Wodify is a comprehensive solution for any CrossFit box, but what stands out most to me is the quality of their support. Whenever I can’t find an answer in their documentation, I simply send an email and consistently receive a response within the hour—even on Sundays and bank holidays. What do you dislike about Wodify?

One minor frustration I have is when managing families—for example, a parent with dependents. After working on a profile, returning to my previous filtered list isn’t seamless, as I’m taken back to the full client list instead. What do you like best about Wodify?

Wodify is very consistent in its day-to-day service delivery and customer support. That consistency means I can rely on both the system and the support team to help run my business. We’ve been using Wodify for three years now, and throughout that time they’ve continually rolled out updates with features that make it easier to operate and more user-friendly overall. What do you dislike about Wodify?

The one downside is the lack of an owner dashboard to see business metrics. It would be nice to open Wodify and see a snapshot of certain metrics of the business versus having to sift through different reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wodify?

I love Wodify's interface and the way everything is organized, making the site very easy to use. The buttons and tabs are clearly laid out, never making me feel overwhelmed. Despite the system being robust, it remains uncomplicated. This ease of use is crucial for my boutique fitness business, Built Strong, as it allows me to manage operations efficiently. I also appreciated how super easy the initial setup was for my business, which is a huge advantage. Furthermore, my satisfaction with Wodify is extremely high as reflected in my willingness to recommend it to friends and colleagues with a score of 15 on a scale of 1 to 10. What do you dislike about Wodify?

What do you like best about Wodify?

I really like the customer service provided by Wodify. My experience with my CEM is unmatched as they respond to me at any time of the day or night with answers to my questions. They always help me reach the goals I am trying to achieve and record how they did it so I can do it myself the next time. Wodify's membership management, automated billing and payment, class scheduling and reservations, attendance tracking, and affiliate programming are also very helpful for my gym operations. What do you dislike about Wodify?

The only thing that I wish it had that it doesn't (because it has it all) is the ability to capture ALL expenses. While I understand not being able to flow expenses that aren't related to Wodify through Wodify, it has such a robust financial side that it would be nice to be able to run all books through it to completely take the place of QuickBooks. What do you like best about Wodify?

I like that they are becoming an all in one system for gym owner. Im able to hand workout programming, and almost all administrative duties on here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wodify?

So far I haven't been too impressed with their website. It seems to be more back and forth about minor details. For example, my drop in system to pay online is still not functional. This has been an issue for months now if not years. Having to check on both my mobile device and desktop for certain photos or features to work correctly is a waste of time. I should feel more confident in wodify to get my website done if they are offering this feature. I cant confidently say Wodify is the best resource for websites. The system comes fully equipped with all the tools our business needs to succeed as a Hyrox training facility, including workflows and features for nurturing both leads and clients amid our busy schedules. The tools are all included within the pricing structure that is affordable for our small business. We aren't required to operated with different apps and systems. What do you dislike about Wodify?

Overall, there isn't anything major to complain about, but I do wish there was a way to define members as someone with a recurring membership and separate them from class packs or drop-ins since we offer perks to people who have actual "memberships" such as early access to Hyrox ticket sales. What do you like best about Wodify?

I use Wodify for my Krav Maga self-protection business, and it helps me with scheduling, payroll, and communication with my team. I appreciate that it keeps me in sync in real-time with my students, instructors, coaches, and staff. The scheduling feature is really great for my classes, helping to keep them as full as possible. It also assists in keeping track of my team's hours and how often they teach or are out, which is very helpful. I also find the integration with ClassPass very useful. What do you dislike about Wodify?

What do you like best about Wodify?

Wodify is the best gym management software we have ever used. Has everything, and the customer service and tech support behind all of it is second to none. Its easy to write/modify/program workouts for my classes, its VERY easy to run payroll and divide up roles for coaches, track 'gym health' with various forms and reports, and communicate with members via email and announcements. There are A LOT of options on the back end so learning and identifying what works best for you takes some time. There is upside to this too though.
