Withose Reviews & Product Details

Every week teams settle real questions in chat: vendors, scope cuts, policies, hires. A month later the thread is buried, the reasoning is gone, and the question quietly reopens. Withose adds the memory without moving the conversation. Capture happens where the decision happened: type /withose in any Slack channel (or right-click a message), or mention @Withose in Microsoft Teams (or use the message menu). Withose never reads message history; only the conversation someone explicitly captures reaches it, and captured content is encrypted at rest with a per-workspace key. AI drafts the decision record from the conversation: the question being settled, the options on the table, and where each participant stands. Stakeholders you name are asked to record support, opposition, or a neutral stance with their reasoning, through an email link, with no account and no seat cost. AI synthesis lays out agreement, disagreement, risks, and a recommendation. When you finalize, the decision joins a searchable archive and is checked against past decisions for contradictions, with a ready-to-paste announcement and an optional revisit reminder. Built for 50 to 500 person distributed teams. Self-serve signup, public pricing, free 7-day trial without a card, and an interactive playground that runs the whole flow on sample data with no account.
