We originally started using it back when Ethan was just building the MVP, and it's been amazing to see how far the product has come since then. Their product is outstanding. We use it to connect all of our Stripe revenue details and QuickBooks data together in one place. The way SaaSGrid lets us slice and dice data is 10x better than anything you can do directly in Stripe or QuickBooks. You can segment data in pretty much any way you can imagine — and that level of depth has been a total game changer for us at Cometly. A great example: we've been able to overlay our digital ad spend (pulled from QuickBooks) against ARR/MRR data, and then break those revenue numbers down by company size, business type, and more. This is insight we simply couldn't get anywhere else. It’s helped us see our numbers in ways Stripe or QuickBooks alone never could. Support is also top-notch. The entire team is fantastic, but I want to give a special shout-out to Chelsey Fang, she’s truly best in class. One of the best vendor support experiences I’ve ever had. Overall, SaaSGrid has been an amazing partner for us, and we’re excited to keep growing with them. Can’t wait to see what they build next. **What do you dislike about Grid?** One thing to note: SaaSGrid is pretty advanced. The depth and power of the platform can make it feel a bit complex at times, but honestly, that’s also what makes it so valuable. And whenever you hit a wall, their support team is right there to help you get unstuck. **What problems is Grid solving and how is that benefiting you?** SaaSGrid is solving the problem of fragmented financial and revenue data for SaaS companies. Before using it, we had to bounce between Stripe, QuickBooks, spreadsheets, and manual reports to get a full picture of our business health. With SaaSGrid, we finally have all our key metrics — like MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, CAC, and even ad spend overlays — in one place, fully connected and customizable. This helps us make faster, more confident decisions about scaling, budgeting, and overall strategy. We can now segment our revenue by customer type, size, or acquisition channel and see exactly what's driving growth (or churn). Working with the team has been a blast and have never had a bad moment. The best customer support, implementation and using this platform helps us keep our CRM data clean as well which is a huge plus. As a growing business, our need for an automated reporting system has grown and SaaSgrids native integration with stripe is very good. **What do you dislike about Grid?** No downsides, it shows you the holes in your own data but in this business, ignorance ain't bliss. **What problems is Grid solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use SaaSgrid to replace semi-automated dashboards that I had built in airtable, reporting out on key business metrics. ### 8. The 'Fix Issues' feature is also nice, as it shows any potential issues within your existing contracts. This helps keep your CRM & processes honest.
