Wishup provides Remote Workers at an affordable price point which is fulfilled through a tech enabled marketplace. Services include Admin, SMM, Project Management, E-Com Assistance and other recurring work. We aim to address the large latent demand for VAs within the urban population while enabling a huge work-from-home VA workforce through a tech platform.

The assistant is dependable and proactive, managing customer support, administrative duties, and e-commerce operations with minimal supervision. Their flexibility and professionalism, along with clear and consistent communication, have made them a valuable extension of our team.

There isn’t much to dislike about Wishup. The onboarding process was smooth and straightforward, and the support team has been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance.

If you’re looking to lighten your team’s workload without sacrificing quality, I highly recommend Wishup.

**What problems is Wishup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wishup has helped us address the challenge of handling repetitive operational tasks without needing to expand our in-house team. Their virtual assistant supports customer inquiries, order coordination, administrative work, and other day-to-day e-commerce tasks, which has freed up our internal team to focus on delivering a great customer experience and continuing to grow the business.

**What do you like best about Wishup?**

What I like best about WishUp is the reliability and the people behind the service. The support feels personal, proactive, and fully invested in my success rather than transactional. It’s like adding a trusted extension of my team rather than outsourcing work.

**What do you dislike about Wishup?**

At this point, there isn’t anything I dislike. The onboarding was smooth, communication has been clear, and support has been consistently reliable. As with any growing service, continued scaling alongside client needs is important, and WishUp has been responsive so far.

**Recommendations to others considering Wishup:**

I would highly recommend WishUp to any founder or business leader looking to reclaim time without sacrificing quality or control. If you’re willing to delegate and communicate priorities clearly, the value becomes apparent very quickly. It’s an effective way to scale your capacity and stay focused on what matters most.

**What problems is Wishup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WishUp is solving the problem of time drain caused by administrative and operational work that distracts from higher-value activities. By taking ownership of those tasks, they’ve improved my efficiency, consistency, and responsiveness. This has allowed me to focus more on sales, strategy, and customer relationships while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

**What do you like best about Wishup?**

Their attention to detail while performing the tasks at hand was extremely helpful. I advised to ask me question at any time and they did.
Their assistants adapt easily to workflow changes.
The VA handles tasks independently after quick instructions.
Reliable, communicative, and affordable.
Easy to scale support up or down depending on workload.

**What do you dislike about Wishup?**

Most of the hiccups we’ve had were related to adjusting task processes early on not necessarily Wishup’s fault. Once we refined our flow, the VA handled things smoothly.

**Recommendations to others considering Wishup:**

Hiring and managing in-house staff for small but repetitive work gets expensive fast. With Wishup, you can scale admin support without the HR load. Just spend time upfront outlining tasks clearly it saves time later.

**What problems is Wishup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Handing off Time-consuming tasks tasks to VAs has been a big help it frees up my day so I can focus on more important, higher-level work. Wishup gives us flexible support for repetitive but essential admin tasks things like lead follow-ups, inbox and calendar management, CRM updates, and organizing client requests.

**What do you like best about Wishup?**

We had a tight deadline to prep data for an audit and needed five assistants on short notice. Remote Coworker pulled through and got the team up and running fast. After a short two-hour walkthrough, they started working on their own. Communication was smooth throughout. While a few stood out more than others, the team worked well together and got the job done.

**What do you dislike about Wishup?**

The assistants occasionally there is delays especially when handling larger files. Also, with sensitive data, there’s always a bit of concern around security and privacy.

**Recommendations to others considering Wishup:**

Be clear about the exact skills and tasks you need help with. It makes matching and onboarding much easier.

**What problems is Wishup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Preparing for our audit was a huge lift. With thousands of documents to verify and correct, and only a month to do it on top of our regular workload it just wasn’t manageable in-house. Hiring VAs through Remote Coworker helped us hit our deadline for the year and also laid the groundwork for future audits.

**What do you like best about Wishup?**

1. We like Wishup's online behavior track feature, that is helping us to keep an eye on our customer’s behavior on our website.
2. Automated email responses make things less time-consuming and with automated responses, we don’t have to spend time responding to everyone.
3. Good in delivering outbound emails.

**What do you dislike about Wishup?**

Everything else is going great so no other flaw to mention.

**Recommendations to others considering Wishup:**

A duration of one and a half years is enough for us to recognize the capabilities of a tool and in my opinion, this one is just a great tool to manage marketing campaigns of even massive-sized firms. Its way of managing campaign and the way it executes digital initiatives is enough to get an inkling of its abilities. Less favorable for the people who want to have something at a cheap price and are more dependent on the reports as its reports have much in detail.

**What problems is Wishup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wishup is being used in our company's sales and marketing department as a partner helping in performing almost everything. It is helping us out in processing and launching our marketing campaigns and we can execute our marketing-related plans. With it, we can set up something that is even complex and its integration API abilities are undoubtedly amazing.

We like Wishup for helping us with Scheduling posts, Showing mentions and the tech support they provide.

The only dislike we think here is the No support for stories.

We used Wishup to schedule posts, run engagement reports and keep track of comments. We also used it to alert us of people mentioning us. The social team also generated reports from Wishup. We had over 30 social accounts on Wishup, which helps us kept track of all. Wishup's scheduling function also frees our team to do other tasks.
