When something surfaces, the team is responsive and the workflow to get from alert to action is clear and efficient. It's a relief that we no longer have to manually set up alerts or queries. Wirespeed also showed its value quickly, both for us and our customers, by solving the problems with legacy MDR solutions in terms of cost and reliability. I really appreciate its ease of use, as I can spin up a customer in a matter of minutes. It's also a big deal to use it for prospecting customers, especially with the 'Monitoring Only' mode, which lets us demonstrate what we can offer while the Coalition Control highlights a customer's current gaps at a high level. The initial setup was a breeze, and most of our security stack is integrated with Wirespeed. I also find that Wirespeed allows us to leverage the tools we already use for higher value without the need for additional agents. **What do you dislike about Wirespeed?** Have yet to find a reason to dislike Wirespeed. **What problems is Wirespeed solving and how is that benefiting you?** Wirespeed helps us reduce alert fatigue by automating triage. It allows us to offer MDR/ADR solutions to SMBs affordably and increases productivity with easy logging. So keep adding integrations! **What problems is Wirespeed solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not many MDRs directly integrate with Google and other platforms all in one place. Many other MDRs keep their countermeasures black box. And the SOC analyst always starts with validating "did you do this?" with a user, and this system automatically triages the human aspect with their ChatOps feature. ### 6. My personal favorite feature of Wirespeed is their AI rule wizard. Their system runs SQL query language on the backend, but with the help of Wirespeed's AI wizard, Security Analysts and Detection Engineers alike no longer need to learn or develop time-consuming complex SQL queries! They can simply type in what they want to detect or search on, and the wizard auto-magically builds the query! How fantastic and pleasing! This gives the product's ease of use score 5 stars!!! In addition to this already very advanced feature the customer support provided by Wirespeed is parallel to none. Response time by a real human being (not some automated bot) is guaranteed within an hour and on average from real life experience is realistically closer to 5 to 10 minutes. This is unheard of for any MDR provider, startup or not! Further adding to the value of Wirespeed's offering is the ease of implementation! Most data integrations take just a few clicks, with most integrations just taking a simple copy and paste of an API key, webhook URL, or global admin credentials into common cloud providers. The ease of integration as well as the frequency of use (24x7x365 threat monitoring) makes the tool and the people behind it next level. This company and their product are going to the moon and we are very happy and oroud to be a part of the ride! **What do you dislike about Wirespeed?** I would like to see a public facing customer support portal that allows us the ability to open our own support requests. **What problems is Wirespeed solving and how is that benefiting you?** providing visibility and stopping breaches. ### 7. I don't need a 3rd party staff to monitor now. Instant budget improvement. **What do you dislike about Wirespeed?** Currently only have about a dozen integrations but they have already started working on building an integration for the other platforms I have in play. Not really the worst thing to deal with. **What problems is Wirespeed solving and how is that benefiting you?** Wirespeed is monitoring my EDR and IAM platforms, ingesting the logs and triaging them at inhuman speeds. I've gone from endless anomalous alerts down to a less than a dozen actionable alerts. I ran it in test mode for 2 weeks and knew it was going to make my life better, and it has. ### 9. It has most of the major apps though. **What problems is Wirespeed solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to using Wirespeed, we didn't have good visibility into our alerts. We have minimal security telemetry sources but integrations were button click ready. After about 30 minutes we had visibility to hosts, user personas, and even a few events. Have used the platform for about a month, very impressed. **What do you dislike about Wirespeed?** When first looking at the integrations available it seemed the list was minimal, but after quickly enaging the Wirespeed team, they were eager to get them built quickly. Perfect for any business that needs a SOC, but not the people to run it. **What problems is Wirespeed solving and how is that benefiting you?** Didn't have the funds for a full SOC or SIEM. Wirespeed provides us with better responsviveness, GREATLY enhanced capabilities, and reliability that is darn near perfect - all at a significantly reduced cost point. It is very rare that I've actually seen "more for less", but that is exactly what we've got here. Wirespeed is a true partner with our company, and a role model of customer service. Iimplementation was the most simple, straightforward and painless integration I've ever been a part of. They are a winning team that is providing the utmost cutting edge of security operations.
