Product Description : AI Underwriting Interview Platform is an AI-driven interview execution layer designed for life insurance underwriting teams. Life insurance underwriting interviews are often delayed due to doctor availability, scheduling coordination, and operational bottlenecks. These delays slow policy issuance and increase application drop-offs. This platform enables applicants to complete underwriting interviews through an AI-powered conversational interaction available via video or phone call. It supports multiple languages, ensuring accessibility across diverse customer segments. The system captures structured medical and lifestyle disclosures, validates medical report authenticity, and collects multiple data points—including video-based signals—to support accurate risk assessment. Interviews can be conducted for individual and family group policies, and for multiple policies, the AI consolidates all required questions into a single unified interview experience. Applicants can resume interviews from the point of interruption, ensuring continuity. If interviews are incomplete, automated follow-up emails help drive completion. All responses are automatically organized into structured summaries and transcripts that underwriting teams can review efficiently as part of the evaluation process.
