We kick-off every client engagement with what we call a “Business Discovery and ERP Review”. This is a 2 week discovery phase in which we will review your current operations and key pain points in order to prepare a detailed Scope Agreement and Statement of Works. Once the Statement of Works has been agreed collaboratively, the ERP Implementation Phase of the Transformation Project typically runs over a 16 week period with 3 key phases, delivering components of the ERP in a staged manager to enable appropriate planning, development, integration, end-to-end reviews, user acceptance testing, training and change management along the way.
