Who's In? Reviews & Product Details

Event planning, Zen-simple. If you’ve ever tried to organize a yoga class, hiking group, or book club in a WhatsApp group, you know the "emoji chaos." Between the thumbs-up counting, manual list-making, and "is there still space?" messages, organizing feels like a second job. Who’s In? is the lightweight alternative to Luma, Eventbrite, and RSVPify, specifically designed for community leaders who value simplicity over bloated features. It bridges the gap between your chat group and a professional event page. Why organizers choose Who’s In? over the giants: * Ditch the Manual Lists: Share a link or QR code. Guests tap "I'm In," and they’re added instantly. No accounts required for guests. * Auto-Waitlist Management: When your event hits capacity, the app handles the overflow. If someone drops out, the next person is automatically bumped up and notified. * Built for WhatsApp & Social: Includes pre-filled messages for one-tap sharing to your groups or Instagram bio. * AI-Agent Ready: Your events are automatically discoverable by AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude, helping new members find your community. * Professional, Mobile-First Pages: Gorgeous, fast-loading event pages that look better than a spreadsheet and are easier than a website builder. * Calendar Sync: One-tap "Add to Calendar" for Google and Apple to reduce no-shows. * Stripe integration to take payments and advanced analytics to help you optimise event profitability Perfect for: Work events, training courses, fitness & yoga instructors, running clubs, hiking groups, team drinks, neighborhood meetups, and creators who need a "Luma-style" experience without the complexity. Pricing: Free forever for community events. No subscriptions. No hidden fees. Just simple, elegant event coordination.
