WheelHouse IT Reviews & Provider Details

WheelHouse IT is a managed IT services provider (MSP) that helps small and mid-sized businesses manage, monitor, and secure their technology infrastructure through outsourced and co-managed IT support, cybersecurity solutions, and strategic technology planning. Founded in 2016 through the merger of AE Technology Group (New York) and 4 Corner IT (South Florida), WheelHouse IT operates as a third-party technology department for organizations that lack internal IT resources, as well as a supplemental partner for businesses with existing IT staff. The company serves businesses with 20 to 250 employees across South Florida, New York, and Los Angeles, with particular expertise in healthcare, legal, financial services, professional services, and manufacturing. WheelHouse IT's services are delivered through a pod-based support model, in which each client is assigned a dedicated team of engineers rather than routed through a general help desk. This structure is designed to reduce resolution time and eliminate repeated explanations across support interactions. Core features and capabilities include: Fully managed and co-managed IT services — outsourced day-to-day IT operations or structured collaboration with an in-house IT team Cybersecurity and compliance — endpoint protection, threat monitoring, and support for regulated industries including HIPAA-compliant environments (six certified professionals on staff) Internal U.S.-based NOC — a Network Operations Center staffed and operated directly by WheelHouse IT, not a third-party or offshore provider Proprietary visibility platform — a monitoring and reporting tool that gives clients real-time access to ticket status, infrastructure health, and security posture SOC 2 Type I certification — independently audited controls covering security and availability as of February 2025 WheelHouse IT operates on a month-to-month service model with no long-term contracts required. The company holds a Microsoft partnership and maintains a five-year track record across its client base of zero ransomware payments. Services are priced on a fixed-fee basis, providing predictable monthly IT costs regardless of ticket volume. The platform is suited for decision-makers, including CEOs, CFOs, Managing Partners, and Operations Directors, who need reliable IT operations, regulatory compliance support, or improved visibility into their technology environment without building a full internal IT department.
