Building programs is quick and easy, and you have the ability to upload new exercises as needed, add notes to each exercise with cues/explanations, and you can even assign a "tempo" to each exercise if necessary. Love this platform because it is super easy to create progressive programs and get them to my clients with little editing necessary.
