wesign.now Reviews & Product Details

wesign.now helps teams get contracts signed without making clients create an account or download an app. Upload a document, place signature fields, add recipients and follow its progress from opening to signature. Set the signing order, schedule invitations and use automatic reminders to reduce manual follow-up. On paid plans, keep your company visible with a branded wesign.now subdomain, your logo and colors, and branded emails. Reusable templates help prepare recurring documents, while document-sharing links and view tracking show when recipients engage. The platform supports simple electronic signatures (SES) and advanced electronic signatures (AES), with SMS-code verification for AES. Signed PDFs carry a tamper-evident PAdES seal, an independent RFC 3161 timestamp and an audit-trail certificate. Choose document storage in the EU, Switzerland, the UK or the US. A REST API and webhooks support connected workflows on every plan. Enterprise adds embedded signing, template automation and tailored storage options. A free plan for private use includes 10 documents per month.
