Werkstattdesk is a cloud-based workshop management system for independent auto repair shops, motorcycle, tyre and body shops in Germany. Work orders, appointments, invoices, inventory and accounting run in one system instead of paper folders and spreadsheets. Its built-in AI assistant, Jessica, knows the business: she answers questions ("What's on today?", "Which invoices are open?"), creates work orders and quotes on request, and keeps track of deadlines such as vehicle inspection dates.
