The setup is straightforward, just one or two clicks and you're away. It's really intuitive to use, so I'm very happy recommending WebYes even to technophobes. **What do you dislike about WebYes?** The help pages show screenshots which aren't always accessible in themselves. **What problems is WebYes solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use WebYes to quickly identify digital accessibility gaps in websites and web apps, replacing laborious manual checks. It provided me with a detailed report accessibilty report on the performance and quality issues of the website. **What do you dislike about WebYes?** Some of the recommendation requires either you have some techical knowldge to understand exactly what is required or engage a someone with an ICT background who can explain it to you. Alternatively, WebYes provides you with customer support. **What problems is WebYes solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had some concerns on whether our website was attractive and whether users/visitors can easily access and find documents/resources that are uploaded on the site. WebYes identified our navigation issues and layouts and suggested ways to efficiently encode images so that they can load faster.
