I've been using this WordPress plugin for the past two (almost three) years across 4-5 of my WordPress sites, and I haven't had to worry about CPU/RAM usage. It's an efficient and well-coded tool that seamlessly automates connections between WordPress and external services, such as vBout. But it does much more than that. Flowmattic enables me to create automation between 2-10 external services without task limits. Setting it up on your WordPress site takes less than 5 minutes.
Flowmattic has a community-focused founder who is always willing to go the extra mile to assist end users with their issues. New integrations are released regularly every week. However, that's just the beginning—you can also create custom app profiles by referring to the API documentation of external services. The workflow builder is straightforward to learn. After using it extensively, I'm sharing this recommendation with over 300,000 task executions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's worth noting that Flowmattic is not a SaaS but a WordPress plugin, so you'll need at least one WordPress instance to use it without any limitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
FlowMattic shines in its ability to simplify complex WordPress automations. The interface is intuitive, making it a breeze to set up and manage tasks. Moreover, the continuous updates and integrations show a commitment to keeping up with evolving needs. Very responsive customer support! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've only tested it briefly, so my experience has been limited. But as with any tool, there's always room for enhancements. A wider range of third-party integrations and perhaps a more extensive documentation library would be the icing on the cake. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Was spending much more on Zapier and running out of tasks, now have unlimited tasks. Team is continuing to add integrations and taking feedback. Creator of company is ultra responsive to emails and helpful always. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far not all integrations I want but they do have a roadmap where can request integration and trust they will be working on many of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their powerful API module for connecting to any 3rd party service or app. You can do it via API or Webhooks. There are a lot of systems tat aren't popular enough to get these platforms to integrate to them, but having this module allows a junior dev to do it (or even a code enthusiast, since is pretty simple) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would love it if they had a way to create more integrations; SyncSpider has a module like this, and it's a breeze to create your own integrations and even push them for public use. I think this would help Flowmattic grow exponentially! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cohesive connection of various applications - for Wordpress and beyond - in a simple and effective way, and at the same time very advanced, if you need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It doesn't have all the integrations I would need at the moment, but I'm impressed by the team's responsiveness in this regard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's very straightforward, has a lot integrations and they work well. It is one thing to 'integrate' new external software, but integrating it well, with lots of options is where FlowMattic shines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It doesn't have as many integrations as Make or Zapier, but the ones you use often are all there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of use and terrific support from the founder. Tons of integrations and regular updates. The Flowmattic custom app is great esepecially if you want to integrate apps that aren't available yet inside Flowmattic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tutorial videos would be helpful especially for non techy users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been searching for a plugin like this for years! I've used other automation plugins, but they lacked tools like webhooks, API integration, or the ability to link into WordPress functions. This not only does everything I need, it's super easy to do! If you've ever used Zapier, you can use FlowMattic.
The support is awesome as well. I screwed up entering my email address on my account and they were able quickly get me up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I honestly can't say there's anything I dislike at this point. It's easy to follow and implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
FlowMattic is awesome for automations. It is intuitive, has a great look and feel, and the founder, Nitin, is fantastic. He is quick to respond and support you.
You can't beat unlimited automations. You know how with other services, you're always worried about if you're going to use up your credits, or you have no idea what even counts as a task or operation or whatever? None of those concerns with FlowMattic. Just set it up to do whatever you want to do.
If you don't have a Wordpress site, it might even be worth your time to get a domain and Wordpress setup just for doing FlowMattic automations. That might sound a little bonkers, but when you think about how cost effective it is -- that you've basically created an unlimited Zapier that way -- it might be worth doing. If I had to look for something to "dislike", maybe it would be that it is a younger product, so it has less integrations perhaps than other automation services. But this isn't even a true "dislike" for me, because you can automate almost anything with the ingoing / outgoing webhooks feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No additional usage fees over and above the annual fee ... AND Technical Support is great... they get back to you quite quickly and go above and beyond what is expected... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If the no-code solutions can't automate the task... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
