It's an efficient and well-coded tool that seamlessly automates connections between WordPress and external services, such as vBout. But it does much more than that. Flowmattic enables me to create automation between 2-10 external services without task limits. Setting it up on your WordPress site takes less than 5 minutes. Flowmattic has a community-focused founder who is always willing to go the extra mile to assist end users with their issues. New integrations are released regularly every week. However, that's just the beginning—you can also create custom app profiles by referring to the API documentation of external services. The workflow builder is straightforward to learn. After using it extensively, I'm sharing this recommendation with over 300,000 task executions. **What do you dislike about FlowMattic?** It's worth noting that Flowmattic is not a SaaS but a WordPress plugin, so you'll need at least one WordPress instance to use it without any limitations. **What problems is FlowMattic solving and how is that benefiting you?** In terms of problem-solving, Flowmattic dramatically reduces human errors and automates tasks and data exchange between cloud-based solutions in a matter of seconds. I think this would help Flowmattic grow exponentially! **What problems is FlowMattic solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use FlowMattic to integrate with our ERP and invoicing system, so all the data from clients and their orders are accurate and up-to-date. The interface is super easy to use! Very similar to Zapier's (not visual like Make). FlowMattic provides an inbuilt webhooks trigger app for receiving data from any 3rd party app, which makes it even more helpful because we can create tasks inside the WordPress ecosystem using our other systems as input. ### 6. It is intuitive, has a great look and feel, and the founder, Nitin, is fantastic. He is quick to respond and support you. You can't beat unlimited automations. You know how with other services, you're always worried about if you're going to use up your credits, or you have no idea what even counts as a task or operation or whatever? None of those concerns with FlowMattic. Just set it up to do whatever you want to do. If you don't have a Wordpress site, it might even be worth your time to get a domain and Wordpress setup just for doing FlowMattic automations. That might sound a little bonkers, but when you think about how cost effective it is -- that you've basically created an unlimited Zapier that way -- it might be worth doing. **What do you dislike about FlowMattic?** If I had to look for something to "dislike", maybe it would be that it is a younger product, so it has less integrations perhaps than other automation services. A person who has no technical knowledge can do his/her flow and thus automate his/her work. If there are more difficult topics, the support is amazing. Additionally, there is a strong community on Facebook where you can also find help. **What do you dislike about FlowMattic?** To be honest, I did not notice any disadvantages of this solution. For sure, the development of tutorials, where there is learning more advanced solutions, will be a big plus. **What problems is FlowMattic solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have two online wholesalers and an online retail store on WordPress. I use a few marketing plugins for operation. However, all the business logic for handling orders is in the ERP system. Thanks to FlowMattic, I can combine it all and manage the data flow. Thanks to this, a change in the ERP system causes changes in WordPress, e.g. sending an email through the system to the newsletter. But also a change in the newsletter sending plugin causes a change in the CRM plugin. Without FlowMattic, such data flow between plugins is impossible. ### 14. And it's still a very new product, thus I expect it to grow further! One additional thing, the support was great. I because a user almost on day one, so knew that integrations take time, but they have been putting them out very quickly, so while I don't have all my integrations done yet, I have a lot of them and the rest are coming. So not a dislike, but the closest thing to one I guess. But again I knew this all coming in. **Recommendations to others considering FlowMattic:** Get it. Great product, great team, and the integrations are coming like a flood. So if they don't have one you need yet, ask them, and it will come soon. It is pretty intuitive (I am not a techie) and I was able to start using it on my production site within 30 minutes. The team has an extremely high speed of developing new integrations. The founder, Nitin, is very responsive and you can write him directly via messenger. You can send them requests and when other users are upvoting it you will see it developed in about 1-2 weeks. My automations are working fully stable. You can activate and deactivate each integration. The founder is such a nice and polite guy, I am always happy chatting with him. We are using FlowMattic on all our sites and recommend it to all our business clients. **What do you dislike about FlowMattic?** There have been some small problems at the beginning (some weeks after FlowMattic went live in March 2022), mainly because of cron jobs of my hoster Cloudways. We did the debugging together live via messenger in the middle of the night (1 a.m. for Nitin it was 5 am). But then it worked perfectly. **What problems is FlowMattic solving and how is that benefiting you?** At the moment I don't need any more Zapier, Integrately, Integromat and Pabbly. Hence, I don't have to spend money for those services. Obviously, this depends on the automations you need. The most important supported integrations for me are Wordpress core, incoming/outgoing webhooks, Fluent CRM, Fluent Forms, TuCalendi, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Elementor. ### 17.
