"Useful for Employee Time Tracking and Productivity Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about WebWork Time Tracker?

WebWork Time Tracker is a helpful tool for monitoring employee working hours, attendance, and productivity. The screenshot monitoring and activity tracking features make it easier for us to review work progress, maintain accountability, and spot areas where we can improve. It also supports verifying working hours and preparing reports more efficiently, which saves time when we need to check details or summarize results. Overall, it increases transparency and contributes to better team management. That said, the user interface and reporting features could still be improved so navigation feels smoother and report analysis is more straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebWork Time Tracker?

WebWork Time Tracker can sometimes become unavailable or stop working unexpectedly because of maintenance or system downtime. When that happens, it interrupts employee time tracking and can affect the accuracy of working-hour records. Better overall system stability, clearer advance notice for any scheduled maintenance, and efforts to minimize downtime would go a long way toward keeping daily operations smooth and reliable. "Essential for Client Communication and Accountability"
4.5/5
What do you like best about WebWork Time Tracker?

I find WebWork Time Tracker to be a really good time tracking platform because it helps show my client in real-time that I'm working and not just playing around. I love the feature that allows my client to see what I'm doing at the moment, which is especially valuable since I'm working virtually. Additionally, I'd give its setup process a 10 out of 10 for ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebWork Time Tracker?

One thing I'd like improved is how WebWork Time Tracker registers activity. There are times when I'm doing emails or reading PDF or Word files, and it marks me as idle even though I'm working. Watching videos for work, which can sometimes be an hour long, also triggers idle status because WebWork only seems to detect mouse or keyboard movement, not overall screen activity. I think it would be better if it could recognize more types of engagement with the monitor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and Easy to Use, But Needs UI Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about WebWork Time Tracker?

I like that WebWork Time Tracker is very easy to handle, and you can just click to start tracking your time. The app works well for me, and I appreciate that my time is tracked correctly most of the time, even if the connected tool, Reach, does not work. It's great how both systems integrate, ensuring that my time is always tracked correctly on WebWork. Setting it up was also straightforward, as I just needed to use my job email and create a password. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebWork Time Tracker?

The only thing that doesn't work well for me is that sometimes when you click, it doesn't show that it's running right away. You have to refresh the page to see that the time is correctly added. It would be better if clicking showed the time correctly immediately, without needing a refresh. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebWork Time Tracker?

It says it can detect if I work late, but previous changes were not letting me know if I forgot to turn on my timer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Time Tracking and Valuable Insights, but Activity Scores Need Accuracy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about WebWork Time Tracker?

I find WebWork Time Tracker helpful for seeing insights into my work and how productive I’ve been. I can track how long I spend on tasks, how productive or active I am, and how long I’ve been resting, including my activity in specific apps. I like that I can easily generate timesheets with visibility and approval of my work. Activity monitoring helps me understand my activity during work and see how I can improve. I also found the initial setup very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebWork Time Tracker?

I find the activity level percentage sometimes inaccurate and confusing. It can show below 20% even when I’ve been productive for many hours, so I think this could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anna Aleksanyan of WebWork Time Tracker

Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your experience! Thank you also for the feedback on activity levels. The activity percentage is based on keyboard and mouse input, so work like reading, calls, meetings, or planning can show a lower percentage even when you’ve been fully productive. A lower activity level doesn’t mean your time isn’t counted, and the Apps & Websites report shows which apps and sites you worked in, giving a fuller picture of your productive time. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our support team anytime.

"Easy way to track work hours and earnings"
4.5/5
What do you like best about WebWork Time Tracker?

I like that WebWork makes it easy to keep track of what I’m currently working on and gives me a clear record of my work activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebWork Time Tracker?

I dislike that workers cannot view their own screenshots when the owner or admin disables screenshot access. It would be helpful if workers could still view the screenshots captured from their own computer, even if they don’t have permission to access other team members’ screenshots. "Efficient Time Tracking with Minor Sync Hiccups"
5/5
What do you like best about WebWork Time Tracker?

I like that WebWork Time Tracker is simple and easy to use. It tracks my working hours and manages tasks while giving me an overview of my daily productivity. "Simple Interface, Clear Proof of Work"
5/5
What do you like best about WebWork Time Tracker?

I find WebWork Time Tracker useful for showing my boss proof of the hours I tracked and what I worked on. I like its simple, straightforward interface and design; it’s easy to understand and navigate. I also like being able to choose which screenshots to include for my boss to see. Getting started was straightforward, and I was able to explore the app and navigate it easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebWork Time Tracker?

Sometimes screenshots can capture things I don’t want my boss to see and feel like an invasion of privacy, though I can choose which screenshots to include. I’d also like a feature to message my boss or whoever I’m working with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anna Aleksanyan of WebWork Time Tracker

Hi Jarel, thanks for your review! We understand your privacy concern about screenshots. Workspaces can use category based screenshot blurring, which automatically blurs apps and sites marked as private, and screenshots can also be turned off entirely. If these settings are important for you, please reach out to your workspace owner. Tracking only runs while your timer is on. As for messaging, WebWork Chat is built in, so you can message your boss and teammates directly in WebWork. If you have any questions, our support team is always happy to help.

"Keeps My Work Hours Organized"
5/5
What do you like best about WebWork Time Tracker?

What I like most about WebWork Time Tracker is that it helps me stay organized without making things complicated. I can see how much time I spend on different tasks, which helps me plan my day better. The dashboard is clean, so I don't have to click through lots of menus to find what I need. I also like that I can review my work history anytime, which makes it easier to keep track of my progress. Overall, it saves me time and helps me stay focused. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebWork Time Tracker?

One thing I would improve is the way some features are organized. It took me a little while to find a few settings the first time I used the app. I also think it would be nice to have more options for customizing reports based on different projects. These are small things, though, and they haven't had a big impact on my overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
