If there was a option to send monthly report of any particular user , that would have been good.

I think the Windows app should include options to modify profile settings directly within the app. Right now, some settings can only be configured in the web version. I'm facing an issue with the leave module. When I mark an employee's leave as Paid Leave, the system calculates it as 8 working hours instead of marking it as a Leave.
