# How do you balance time tracking in WebWork Time Tracker with concerns about screenshots?

WebWork Time Tracker has been great for tracking time and keeping a clear record of work history, and it’s helped solve time-tracking issues overall. At the same time, the screenshot feature worries me because it can capture personal information. How are others handling screenshot monitoring while still getting the benefits of accurate time tracking?

For me, the screenshots are actually part of what makes it useful, since my client can see what I’m doing and it keeps things transparent. I mainly rely on it to track my time and understand how much I’m working. It’s been especially helpful for remote work from home, and it also gives the company a way to confirm someone is actually working.
