## WebRTC Reviews
  ### 1. Cisco Interop for WebRTC

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2023

**What do you like best about WebRTC?**

WebRTC allows for seemless integration from Webex, Google Meet, Zoom and Micrsoft teams. As a Google user being able to use quality hardware from Cisco allows for a seemless integration solution for our users.

**What do you dislike about WebRTC?**

Not all platforms use layouts as well as I woul dlike for it to be. It seems that we have to wait for other partners to allow updates to follow to the interopt hardward and that timeline is not readily available or communicated.

**What problems is WebRTC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped solve the interop between multiple platforms and allows us to use one hardware platform for all collaboartion solutions. This has made hybrid meetings easier to manage and easier for the users.

  ### 2. Best real time communication service

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emiro N. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2020

**What do you like best about WebRTC?**

The fact that I can use the application from my phone or computer is quite practical for me, especially to be able to maintain communication at any time no matter where I am, the audio and video quality turns out to be quite good to maintain a Call without any problem, the quality of the calls is quite good, in fact it remains stable most of the time which is perfect for us to carry out our conferences and meetings in this way, the fact that it has an integrated chat is something quite practical to send information through this same route in a much more practical and simple way.

**What do you dislike about WebRTC?**

It does not have a good amount of information and documentation, so when you are starting to learn the use of this application it turns out to be quite difficult on how to use it properly, so it should be necessary to improve these manuals to make the process easier Learning.

**What problems is WebRTC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been being of great help to us to channel our virtual meetings through this route in a much simpler and more practical way, which has allowed us to communicate with our co-workers and clients in a much faster and more fluid way. , which has been perfect to improve our way of communication.

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2020

**What do you like best about WebRTC?**

Its free While other softwares like this are having paid version only

**What do you dislike about WebRTC?**

No documentation is given anywhere. The software is buggy and no support is there.

**Recommendations to others considering WebRTC:**

Its a good software built for learning the basics of video calling and voip. But you better not expect any support from creators

**What problems is WebRTC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am nit currebtly sovlving the bugs as i dont have the required experience.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rik A. | Senior Unified Communications Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2020

**What do you like best about WebRTC?**

Streamlined, easy to integrate and deploy feature set which boasts compatibility with all major (and non-major, i I may add) platforms that govern the world of Unified Collaborations at this point in time. It enables easier remote video conferencing capabilities which is supported by all (major) browsers via HTML 5. Just a simple, no hassel technology that is often integrated with various platforms to enable web-based video conferencing.

**What do you dislike about WebRTC?**

Not much. Probably instead of dislike, a little more of suggestion on further development. A richer API and administration guide would be beneficial to non major players in the industry, as well as start up or small entities in the start up community.

**Recommendations to others considering WebRTC:**

A definite must-try! With or without video conferencing as a major backbone of your business, the benefits of this technology is a must-have in today's growing and future-intensive workspace that we are currently in. Specially in the recent (and unfortunate) pandemic that is hitting the world, we can now see why remote work is in need more than before.

**What problems is WebRTC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enabling WebRTC allows us to further reach remote users that does not have enhanced-devices (Video systems and portable computers). By having a smart phone (with internet connection, ofcourse), users can readily dial into video meetings via the dedicated App or simply via their favorite web-browsers.
