I like that you are able to schedule questions to go out. This makes it easier to plan ahead for the quarter and base questions off of the responses that we got from the previous quarter that could impact employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TINYpulse by WebMD Health Services?

While we have a few offices that are very engaged with tinypulse, we have a few that do not respond very often. I also do not seem to find the cheers for peers beneficial as we use another software to recognize our peers where they can get incentives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My company uses TINYpulse engage to ask anonymous questions weekly about how the employees are doing that week. I really appreciate that we have a platform for that kind of feedback, and it keeps track of your responses and your streak. I really like, and none of my other employers have had anything like it. We love that TINYpulse empowers our employees to provide direct, honest, anonymous feedback that wouldn't necessarily be shared in face-to-face contexts.
