I've really enjoyed using the "Cheers" feature, being able to recognize others on the team for going above and beyond. I think a lot of people on the team enjoy this, both being able to give "shout outs", as well as receiving acknowledgment of having done something exceptional. I don't often answer the weekly questions. If I feel that I can't say anything positive, then I won't answer. All responses are supposed to be anonymous but I've never completely trusted it, so I don't feel comfortable saying something negative and then having that attributed to me. TINYpulse is a tool that helps our employees feel that they have a say in our organization, which in turns makes them know they are valued. Their thoughts, their ideas and suggestions are heard and important to the organization. It is also a tool that can help us grow as an organization simply by the suggestions that our employees make. We want to know what they are thinking, what they need, and we especially want them to be happy at work. We want our staff to know they are valued and appreciated. I honestly cannot say there is anything I dislike about TINYpulse. I love the whole idea of TINYpulse. The culture that TINYpulse promotes is wonderful, I just wish we could find a way to have our leadership team embrace TINYpulse and its philosophy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the cheers section of TP! It's a wonderful way for our employees to recognize others or get recognized themselves. We stream the cheers board to TVs in our lounge so that it's visible at all times. We also integrated with slack so cheers are posted in a channel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. I'd like to respond to pulses with an emoji. We are a slack heavy and emoji heavy org and there are times when an emoji would be the perfect response.

2. I wish we could ask a second question to all employees instead of just segments. We have a few segments that are less than five people so they get left out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the fact that employees can speak out on what they like, dislike, or need. It gives staff who is shy a voice. Nothing specifically, but I have a suggestion. When commenting back it would be nice to have a like button or something to notify the staff we read the comment. On the app it would also be good to have GIF's available Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is intuitive for users and very quick to leave just a simple response, yet it also allows "engaged" users to leave much more detailed info (through open text boxes). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
