The TINYpulse name expresses perfectly how this tool works. It measures regularly the social pulse of the company in the form of tiny but relevant questions that the employees can answer anonymously. The onboard process was so simple and easy. I love that our employees love it and that we finally have a way to measure engagement beyond an annual survey. I love the ability to employees to PM with admins and hope to see an increase in responses over time. I am very happy with the information we have been able to gather in just a short 6 months. What problems is TINYpulse by WebMD Health Services solving and how is that benefiting you? We have created an open platform for our employees to communicate and share ideas. Employees love it and we are seeing higher participation and increasing happiness scores. One problem we are helping to solve by using TINYpulse is communication. Employees feel like they have a live way to share ideas and they know we are listening due to the ability to comment. I also really have found the share feature to be a driver in participation as I see an increase after I share my weekly report. With weekly "pulses" our team is easily able to give feedback anonymously and leadership can address concerns or otherwise provide more clarity proactively. This is a minor concern, but the information we gather is only as strong as our employees' participation. I think many are not convinced it is truly anonymous or otherwise afraid of accidentally self-disclosing. So we don't often get more than a 50% response rate.
