Excellent support. **What do you dislike about Webkul?** The prices of a few Shopify apps are a bit higher, But that is still not an issue because I get value for my money and on priority support. **Recommendations to others considering Webkul:** Webkul's Shopify apps are perfect for your online store & the support is excellent. **What problems is Webkul solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am using a few of their e-commerce plug-ins, especially Shopify apps. I had problems with a plugin/app for Shopify. They solved all the issues & provided excellent support. ### 5. After CONFIRMING with them in detail that they all work together, I purchased all the plugins. 1. They did NOT work as promised. 2. After requesting a refund they stated they will fix the problems and not refund 3. To date they still claim there was not false answers and no refund has yet been made. 4. Zero credibility. Will never trust this crowd again. **What do you like best about Webkul?** Their pre-sale promises are so convincing **What do you dislike about Webkul?** Their post-sale attitude and falsehoods that obfuscate enquiries, drag out the obvious error they have made and never refund the customer..
