We would like to interact with a customer service representative. And the questions we may need may only take 2-3 minutes versus writing a bunch of emails back and forth. It takes time to learn and memorize REGEX. They produced perfect code by going into my user/pass account and quickly came up with schema/algorythm, even created a Youtube video with creation of algorithm. **What do you dislike about WebHarvy?** Everything was great. My only recommendation would be audio instructions to go along with Youtube instruction/demo. **What problems is WebHarvy solving and how is that benefiting you?** None now. Just a need for a taxonomy/step-by-step break down for common scraping techniques.
