WebFX helps us with all projects related to our website like SEO, site optimization, copy writing, design, A/B testing, link building, and general site maintenance. We have monthly calls to review our analytics with them where they offer insight as to why our metrics are the way they are for that month along with actions our organization/they can take to help us improve. Outside of those monthly calls, they are always available to answer any questions or assist with ad hoc projects that arise like needing to create new or remove pages current site pages or assisting with a new program integration that our internal IT may need some help with. I am very happy with the relationship we have developed with our Internet Marketer, so I would have to say that is what I like best. We have been working with her for a few years now, and I have come to think of her as member of our team instead of "just a vendor." She also is not afraid to tell us if something is not suitable for us - something that I think is equally important. She is always responsive, I never have to wait long for an answer from her. It is hard to put my finger on something that I dislike about WebFX. We have been with them since I started at my current company, and I truly don't think I have ever had a negative experience with any one in the organization. If you are looking for an internet marketing service partner to act as an extension of your team, then look no further. They take the time to not only get to know your industry, but you as a person, as well. Working with them has been a great learning experience for me professionally, and I think a big part of that is my willingness to ask questions and bring ideas to the table - which may or may not be good ones - but they always listen to what I have to say. We do not have the capabilities internally to manage all aspects of our website, so having someone else do that for us who truly understands the needs of our organization has proven invaluable. My experience with Webfx was negative from the day after we signed the contract. In addition to a severely limited service we experienced immoral and opaque billing practices. The team has no regard for the customer and will give up on your company if they are not executing according to your goals.

In addition, it took over 1.5 months to go live after we signed up. They lack structure and spend way too much time auditing the account, only to come back with very basic insights. Very underwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
