Complete overhaul of old site, new adword campaign, SEO/SEM updates. We switched providers and completely reworked the site. Made it more user friendly. What do you like best about WebFX?

WebFX is very good at documenting the steps being taken on a project and updating you with the status of those projects. On time, and under budget is how our project completed. We started work and within 8 weeks had our new site live and running. SEO/SEM has begun to pick up now and we are seeing the leads coming in. We have WebFX manage our PPC campaigns too, and I like that they proactively act on our behalf. It feels like they are part of the team. Also, our project manager and day to day contact are very nice and personable. They listen to our issues and provide options for solutions to suit our needs based on previous experience. What do you dislike about WebFX?

The communication inside of a CRM like platform with your team mate. You are definitely being documented so there is no confusion, but it also feels like a tool that could be used against you if things do not turn out like you want them. It feels like it could be a "well on 9/12/20 @ 2:13PM you said..." Not necessarily a bad thing, but interesting method of communication tracking. I am more in control of the content on my site than before. The ability to make changes on the fly and build pages in minutes was a game changer for us. Updating inventory is much easier, landing pages, blog posts, social, etc all easier to generate and use. I am able to keep up our used inventory on the site very easily and we have noticed an almost instant impact on used sales as a result of being able to put the units on the site quickly and in a uniform fashion.
