Over the next few quarters, we worked to recover this but were unable to with the team we had internally. The goal when we contracted with WebFX was to increase leads and lead quality, develop a content strategy, and have better insights into our competitive position. Recommendations to others considering WebFX: My advice to others considering WebFX is to look at your internal team and decide if they have the time or skill set to do what WebFX can do. What problems is WebFX solving and how is that benefiting you? As far as PPC management goes, WebFX continues to optimize our campaigns to the fullest extent. Without an in house specialist it can be quite difficult to understand and manage Google adwords. There's also the benefit of WebFX being a Google partner - which means we can gain knowledge and usage at the beginning stages of new products - such as life events. Results speak for themselves as they always hit our goal benchmarks but we are so successful because of their communication. If there is a problem with a campaign, they are reaching out first. If we are underspending on a month because the overall search volume is down, they don't just spend the remainder on useless campaigns, they give recommendations or it is just money that we save for when volume picks up. Revenue growth is always what we are looking for each year. Even the year after a pandemic when we were up against big numbers, we had our #2 best year ever on our e-commerce site.
