The benefits are numerous. Better web traffic, for longer time on the website, reduced bounce rates, better conversions. Impementation and integration was easy. The team at Webeo are fantastic. Knowledgable are super helpful. We use this every day and love the toasters!

The downside of using webeo is thaat we now realize we should be using this on every site we have!

The team at Webeo have been great and very knowledgeable throughout our time with them, taking care to provide excellent customer service and build out campaigns on our behalf when we've lacked resource.

**What do you dislike about Webeo?**

The backend editor can be quite clunky and confusing to navigate but this may be due to my own unfrequent use of the software.

Webeo allows us to take our marketing efforts to the next level through micro and macro personalisation which provides a competitive advantage.

**What do you like best about Webeo?**

The UI makes it quick and easy to build webpage personalizations, which can be tailored to specific aspects or across larger areas.  Setup is easy and you have a fantastic customer success management team who invest their time to make sure you get the most from the tool.

**What do you dislike about Webeo?**

The visitor data needs additional refinement to become a more useful tool for global organizations.  I do understand this is down to IP data availability in some geographies, but important to enhance to make the tool even more useful.

**What problems is Webeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through Webeo, we are able to tailor more relevant experiences to our website visitors that should build more engagement and conversions to generate marketing leads.  The additional Reveal package gives further insights into those visiting and what sections are of greater interest, which can help with curation of pages.

**What do you like best about Webeo?**

Webeo is an awesome tool. The ability to seamlessly personalize your website for different audiences is an innovative approach to digital marketing, and allows for plenty of opportunity for expansion of marketing campaigns. You also get amazing reps to help onboard you through the process.

**What do you dislike about Webeo?**

You truly need to make sure you understand the platform before using it, but their team helps you with that. If you don't understand how to create audiences and experiences you could make some unwanted weird things happen to your website.

**What problems is Webeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webeo is helping us solve our website personalization needs. By personalizing parts of our website and  we are able to create unique experiences that increase conversions.

**What do you like best about Webeo?**

We needed the ability to address different segments of our target audience at the same time and this tool allows us to do just that. The ease at which you can create personalised experiences for different audiences has been a gamechanger in our marketing and ABM strategies. The tool is very easy to use and the customer support has been excellent, I have really enjoyed working with the amazing team.

**What do you dislike about Webeo?**

It would be great to have the reporting integrate seamlessly with our existing CRM. There has been improvements in this direction but it is still currently a bit disjointed. it would also be great to have this integrate with GA4 as well.

**What problems is Webeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ABM support in the tools ability to create personalised experiences at a granular level i.e., company name. 
We can dissect our messaging and serve to specific audiences.
It is supporting our lead generation efforts.

Every page can be fully personalised against a whole range of categories to suit every type of audience, a key tool for anyone looking to increase conversions. We have found a huge increase in conversions when using!

You can spend hours on the website personalising and still want to create more! There are almost too many features!

**What problems is Webeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webeo is helping us to overall increase our conversion rates on our website. We discovered that our conversion rates were on the decline and looked for a fresh approach and Webeo helped us to refresh our website for visitors and also push conversion rates and we are benefiting significantly.

Immediate ROI that drives pipeline for our organization. AND the amazing account team member who proactively provides suggestions to improve our program. Our account rep is directly responsible for helping us drive increased SQL conversions on our site.

Webeo personalizes our website to deliver an experience that directly reflects our visitor's industry - in both text and graphical messaging. We can manipulate the personalized page's layout to add content or change the hierarchy of content. 

In addition, we have real-time tracking to see performance of tests, traffic, and conversions. 

Our account rep has helped us directly identify new opportunities that came from a personalized page visit.

It is easy to make a customised experience for visitors and also allows you to make changes for the visitors you are targeting.

The team offer great support and are always there to help campaigns, review options, and answer any questions.

It can be tricky to sometimes implement some of the ideas. With COVID and people now working from home, sometimes you don't get as much personalisation as expected.

It takes a little while to understand how to use Webeo most effectively, but it is pretty intuitive and easy to implement.

Our audience has different needs. Being able to segment them by industry enables us to provide them with more tailored, relevant information.

Has dramatically improved our conversion rates. Our account manager Lisa is really helpful and is always happy to train new staff when they join the team. There are also lots of features that are always being added to improve the service provided.

It takes a while to get your head around the setup but fulll training is provided.

My favourite part is looking into the analytics to see what campaigns are performing well and how much our conversion rate goes up with personalisation! Then we can make an action plan to improve the result based on the data.

If your website changes, you have to delete and redo a lot of your campaigns to pull in the new version of your web page, which can be time consuming. If your website changes a lot by different people, it can also be challenging to track when to do this.

**What do you like best about Webeo?**

My favorite thing about Webeo is the straightforward nature of implementing the desired personalization. Once you decide who you are targeting, a fairly simple interface makes customizing them toward the intended audience straightforward and fairly easy.

**What do you dislike about Webeo?**

There are times where the javascript-based editor for the personalizations does not load as quickly or as stably as desired or intended. While not a deal breaker, this can hamper the work being done by becoming slow or completly blocking some elements from being edited.

**What problems is Webeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a way to offload customization and development work from our web developers and into the hands of a graphic designer. This lets us test and moves a bit faster than we could otherwise.

**What do you like best about Webeo?**

The tool is super intuitive and easy to use. The breadth of functionality is excellent, allowing us to personalise based on region, industry or data within our CRM thanks to seamless integration with HubSpot. I also love the editor, which loads directly over our Wordpress website and easily lets us modify nearly every element or component. The reporting is great and we really are seeing an uplift in performance as a result of personalisation. The support from our customer success manager has probably been the standout component for me - above and beyond anything I've experienced elsewhere. The product roadmap is also worth a shout-out, with retargeting options being introduced earlier this year, and pop-up form capabilities being added at the moment - interested to see how they enable us to enhance the website success further.

**What do you dislike about Webeo?**

For me the only real downside is that every page needs to be personalised individually as opposed to setting up one criteria and being able to modify multiple pages and flows in one go. It's easy to get around with cloning and duplication tools but I think this could be improved moving forward.

**What problems is Webeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, the initial intent behind our purchase was the ability to provide different content to a different geographical region that doesn't require us producing a tonne of bespoke content. However since onboarding, we've identified lots of use cases to help us deliver personalised experiences based on industries, personas and even personalise based on dynamic lists we've built in our marketing tool HubSpot. Due to the nature of what we offer, potential customers typically have a longer than normal buying cycle and the retargetting tools are going to prove vital in enabling us to help move people through the funnel. Likewise, from a cross-sell/upsell perspective, being able to target returning customers with different content and CTAs is really going to help us to better support and personalise content for our customers.

It takes some time to get used to the system but once you know what you're doing, it's very easy and you can produce lots of personalised content in a short space of time.

Lisa, our account manager, is a hugely valuable source of support to our team. She is always on hand to support us with our Webeo goals and provides guidance in a clear, patient and encouraging manner. We are already seeing great conversion results from our personalisations and expect these to grow as we tap further into the platform's capabilities.

Sometimes a little slow when using internet explorer (Google chrome preferred).

The personalizations are easy to create and make for a great customer expeirence. They also allow us to test the reception to new website improvements before we role them out in full. It's really handy.

**What do you dislike about Webeo?**

The amount of visitors Webeo is able to personalize to is less than I would like but understandable considering the times and remote working challenges. Setting up tracking could be simpler and reporting could also be improved to be more intuitive and customizable. I would love to be able to create custom measures.

I am able to reach audiences with more focus on their specific industries with content that isn't always on our standard website. I also like to utilise the tool to beta test the reception to website changes before i implement them in full.

**What do you like best about Webeo?**

Webeo has the ability to personalize by source, location, and behavior. With Webeo we are able to personalize the complete experience for each audience on our website. This tool is more of a personalization tool however it allows for a percentage of traffic to receive a campaign so it can also be used for AB testing. The best part of using Webeo is their customer support team. They set up campaigns for us with their professional services and review our setup to help optimize things. While we are in the US and they are in the UK, I have not found this to be a problem as their team is quick to resolve issues.

**What do you dislike about Webeo?**

We are having troubles with our HubSpot integration however I feel confident that they will resolve this soon, as their support team has been working on it. Like some other reviewers have noticed, their reporting is set up illogically. The good news is that we have met with their product team, and we know that improvements are being worked on.

**What problems is Webeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our ultimate goal is to improve time on site and increase conversions with Webeo. We are providing a better customer journey to our future customers by using Webeo.

Personalisation abilities: 
Creating templates in the page is a very easy way to create targeted CTA's in no time. Also picture editing is so easy and straight forward.

**What do you dislike about Webeo?**

On the experience page, I often get confused with the priority listings. I have had a few issues with campaigns not presenting because it can be a bit confusing but my account manager is also on the ball to remind me.

Segmentation targeting is so easy with Webeo. It saves me time when working on multiple campiagns and allows me to quickly alter pages with our having to contact web developers.

As a business pushing a product which is many things to many different audiences, Webeo has allowed us to demonstrate our proposition in a much more targeted, personalised way, depending on who visits our website and how. This has meant that our prospects don't need to sift through information, or even really make any decisions or click anything, to be presented with the information relevant to them. It's right there, so we can be the specialist they need.

**What do you dislike about Webeo?**

We'd all like these things to be easier on our budgets wouldn't we, but it's a sophisticated tool and is well priced.

**What problems is Webeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's an opportunity to improve the way we deliver our content, rather than solving a problem. Our main benefit has been engagement - in terms of both time spent on our site, and quality of visitor. This has been achieved through the quality of the service and the excellent post-sales support.

It's a really simple tool to get started with, using simple stuff like UTM tags you're able to re-use campaign assets for multiple campaigns which is an absolute god-send. Like most marketers I'm quite time poor so having a system that's easy to train new employees is a big plus.

I haven't really encountered a lot that I would say is a negative, however if someone asked me for a "wish list" I would say that being able embed custom code depending on campaign would be nice.

Also, I hear that it is coming, but analytics on the performance of individual experiences you set-up would be of use, instead of analytics that looks at campaign level only.

Webeo has an easy-to-use interface/wizard that enables us to create real-time site personalizations with no coding experience at all. The team is nimble and eager to please customers, and so the product is continually evolving and improving. I especially appreciate analytics that visualize the impact personalization is having at large, and for specific campaigns.

Implementation is very easy with only a GTM or site-deployed JS tag which both extracts all of the analytics and enables personalization. For full context, we use a Wordpress LAMP stack, HubSpot MAP, and Demandbase ABM.

**What do you dislike about Webeo?**

I'd like to see a higher match rate overall (currently 5% of sessions), but understand that the WFH movement makes this challenging for any organization offering IP-based matching. I'd also like to see the companies being personalized to brought front-and-center within the interface.

**What problems is Webeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a specific account-based sales/marketing approach, and so we need to make every Web session count. Webeo enables us to personalize any HTML element on the site, and dynamically populates @CompanyName and @CompanyIndustry into key areas of the site to grab visitors' attention and keep them on-site.

We're running numerous evergreen and industry-focused campaigns across our site, and the results are just amazing. Within Webeo, we have defined "Conversions" liberally to mean both form submissions as well as visit events to high-intent portions of the site (Product, Solutions pages etc.)

Since implementation, Webeo has lifted our conversion rates by 395% (from 4.8% to 23.8%), tripled our time on site (01:25 to 04:36), and cut our bounce rates by nearly half (82% to 49%). It is important to note that these benefits have been realized on approximately 5% of all sessions, which is my only criticism—I wish the match rate were higher.

Very good for setting up personalisation on your website. This can allow you to do very quick low-touch campaigns (such as personalised comapny welcomes like 'Hello Apple'), to more medium touch campaigns which personalise specific pages to a certain industry (show relevant case studies and products) to the most indepth campaigns where you tailor your site to specific organisations or even specific people (Hello John Smit of Apple, here's your most relevant content and even a specific sales deck for you).

Obviously there's a mix of quick wins and big projects for you depending on your resource.

The other thing is to quickly flag any bugs you find as they're often fixed quickly, but always check what you've done as a faulty personalised or incorrectly targeted personalised webpage can be pretty embarrassing.

Our target audience is extremely small so Webeo is allowing us to hyper-personalise our website in order to make sure when our target audience does land on there, we have the greatest chance of converting. This is important as even 1 or 2 companies being unimpressed and bouncing is a big proportion of our overall market.

Webeo is simple to use, intuitive and very light in terms of the code required to implement it on your website. It's a genuine game changer for businesses looking to offer personalised website experiences at scale. The user interface is intuitive, enabling all members of the marketing team to become users. Integrations with other platforms in our MarTech stack is helping Webeo deliver even better results in terms of onsite conversions, reductions in bounce rate and dwell time improvements.

**What do you dislike about Webeo?**

There's not much to dislike. With all platforms similar to this, there is an investment of time upfront which some marketing teams may struggle to justify. But once it is up and running and working smoothly, the results speak for themselves and ongoing maintenance is minimal.

We are now delivering a completely personalised website experience for visitors based on the business they work for and the industry they work within. A user can visit our home page and have their company name displayed on the page, coupled with photography that aligns with the industry they are in. This has resulted in a dramatics decrease in bounce rates across the the site, and a sharp increase in dwell times since implementing Webeo. We're now looking at how we can implement and integrate Webeo into large ABM campaigns, enabling us to deliver personalisation at scale, without the burdon of expensive agencies or an increase in resources within the marketing function. Webeo is changing the game in their space and I can't recommend it highly enough!

Webeo allows us to easily alter the content of our pages to target different audiences using a single page. Website visitors seem to love personalisation, Webeo allows us to place their company name and industry into our content making it hyper personalised.

Using Webeo has massively reduced our bounce rate and increased conversion rate.

Webeo support is always available and I have monthly catch ups with our account manager to review campaigns and reports.

Depending on how many markets you target it can take a while to set up individual campaigns for each market, also if you can the master page content, it can be quite a bit of maintenance. But, that's the cost of doing it right and not Webeos fault entirely.

It has very powerful functionality around making changes to your website, without having to get involved in the coding / back-end complexities. The connection with Lead Forensics data is a game-changer, delivering more meaningful user experiences. The reporting tool makes proving ROI very easy and we have seen some impressive results in a very short space of time. The support and onboarding is thorough and driven to achieving results, this makes the whole process focussed towards your objectives.

The hierarchy of information within the software can feel slightly complex, but once you work this out, it's relatively easy to use.

We wanted to serve better user experiences across our website without the users having to make that choice. The combination of a data-led approach and the website overlay functionality means we can implement the solution without needing technical expertise.

Webeo has been very effective for us in helping to increase conversions across the main events on our site. Some events have over 400% uplift in conversions when using Webeo, which speaks for itself.

The personalisation tools are incredibly detailed, so you can personalise copy, images, buttons, links, and even copy on forms etc. Once you've got to grips with the platform it's easy to use and you can do more advanced tactics with it, such as feed personalisation into email campaigns and nurture paths. 

I would recommend Webeo to any company aiming to make their website work harder for them and get more prospects to engage.

As Webeo is still developing over time, there have been some issues with its functionality and user experience that we found a bit clunky when we started working with the platform. However, this has been fixed in the latest iterations of development and it has been a lot easier to use since then.
