Oracle Web Tier has a robust and easy access to application servers and web host servers. The resources are tightly coupled with each other. It also provides dynamic run-time environment for running different contents. Moreover, it has a reduced operational cost in comparison to web logic and other resource servers. Oracle web tier still has a negligible market share in the server category which is dominated by Oracle Web Logic and other server web cache providers. Its offer almost same features as Apache HTTP server , so its not widely used outside oracle. But its slightly powerful and offers great features like:-

1) create and delete Oracle HTTP Server instances.

2) Browser-based management tool called Fusion Middleware Control
