Waystation AI Reviews & Product Details

Waystation AI is an email-native procurement platform purpose-built for food, beverage, supplement, and pet food companies. It turns supplier emails — quotes, specs, COAs, certifications — into structured, searchable data so procurement, QA, and R&D teams can buy better, move faster, and stay audit-ready. Every food and beverage company quietly pays a coordination tax: the invisible cost of R&D, QA, and procurement all emailing the same suppliers independently, with no shared record of what came back. The result is thousands of disconnected email threads, buried documents, redundant requests, and margin erosion that compounds invisibly. Waystation AI eliminates this tax. It connects to your team's existing email inboxes and automatically captures supplier communications — quotes, specs, COAs, lead times, certifications — and structures them into a shared, searchable source of truth. No supplier portals. No vendor logins. No behavior change required from your supply base. Waystation was built specifically for mid-market CPG companies ($50M–$500M revenue) managing complex ingredient and packaging procurement. It understands COAs, spec sheets, GFSI audits, allergen statements, and certification workflows. With Waystation, teams can run 2–3x more RFPs with clean side-by-side comparisons, track expiring certifications and missing documents automatically, evaluate suppliers with shared context, and surface alternate suppliers — all without changing how they or their suppliers already work.
