It helps to grow business but sometimes it failed to received payment. i dont know why but support team always helps to solve problems whebever needs it. I found that sometimes lag in replying to the customer to guide about payment. **What problems is Wayroo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I chose wayroo due to its easy, fast, and safest shipping of packaging which is more important from the customer's point of view. When I was working in one of the Indian startups that does consulting for startups across the world, I came across Wayroo and once I explored their solutions across D2C, I was amazed. I explored Inentory Management primarily and along with the facets of Ecommerce as well. **What do you dislike about Wayroo?** Currently Wayroo is primarily targeting the D2C industry but what I truly bieve the solutions can also be customized for B2B marlet as well and maybe the APIs in future can be a great solution to showcase the capabilities. **What problems is Wayroo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used Wayroo in consulting to client so as to have the real time inventory solution across their 5 retail outlets. The customer was not able to integrate solution in theie back office and this is where Wayroo solution impressed the client. ### 4. Previously, I needed to track things manually and have my spreadsheet ready. But with Wayroo, everything became so easy. **What do you dislike about Wayroo?** Learning curve is little bit stiff. I didn't have a hard time to pick up how it works but it doesn't mean that it was very easy to pick up. I had to go through the documentation which I found good. **What problems is Wayroo solving and how is that benefiting you?** As I mentioned above, its wholistic system to track down items made my working hours shorter. So I would say it has been very helpful. As a result, the performance became better and I could spare more time to come up with my business strategy. ### 5. It makes my life easier, more efficient and no hassle. **What do you dislike about Wayroo?** It does take some time for me to pick up the way when connecting through different channels. Some folks are more comfortable with what they have been using so they weren't that open to try new things. **What problems is Wayroo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I would say marketing. It is a nice tool to use but many folks are not comfortable with trying new things that they aren't aware of or heard of. So making the app more welcoming? Would be helpful. ### 6. If it had a free version, it could have been straightforward for us to demo and see if it perfectly fits our needs before purchasing it. **Recommendations to others considering Wayroo:** Highly recommended for any e-commerce company that is trying to automate their proceedings and help sales representatives to ease their workload. **What problems is Wayroo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Wayroo has directly helped my company sell on-hand inventory at a minimum cost.
