The monitoring platform allows for us to have a consistent experience for both Macs and PCs. For our team this tool is the glue that holds everything together. The price has been increasing over the last couple of years. We take advantage of every discount possible and pay annually to save on the investment. The more it increases the more we are considering consolidation into other platforms (although to date we have not been able to replicate the feature set and ease of use that Watchman provides). Watchman provides us with one pane of glass for monitoring both platforms with the ability to run/export some nice reports that we present to our clients during regular risk reviews. I love being able to have a snapshot of all of the computers. We use it to monitor the health of the computers, such as Malware and Hard Drives. We use it to monitor the backups on the computers.
