WardenPoint is an incident alerting and on-call notification platform built for small SRE, DevOps and operations teams — typically 5 to 30 engineers — that need PagerDuty-grade alert delivery without per-seat pricing. When your monitoring stack detects a problem, WardenPoint takes over the hardest part: making sure a human actually responds. The alert is delivered through the channels engineers really watch — Telegram (text messages, voice messages and real VoIP calls that ring through silent mode), phone calls, SMS, email, WhatsApp, Viber, Slack and Microsoft Teams. Setup takes minutes: connect a monitoring source, add recipients, pick channels — the first alert flows in under five minutes. Pricing is flat per team, not per seat. A 25-engineer team pays one fixed monthly price instead of 25 licenses — on-call coverage stops being a budgeting exercise. A free plan (no credit card) covers every messaging channel with fair-use limits; paid plans start at $9/month for the whole team.
