The customer support has been not helpful and always not available to assist with any queries. The drawback is that creating locations is a bit tedious. **What do you dislike about WalkInto?** The interface of WalkInto is quite confusing and overwhelming for first time users. Navigating through the program is troublesome. Involves a lot of trial and error. The software lacks features and customization options that would increase the user experience. **What problems is WalkInto solving and how is that benefiting you?** WalkInto falls short in terms of user friendliness and functionality. WalkInto provides a poor solution, for crafting captivating stories. This has had a impact, on our operations as it does not allow us to present our products and services in a distinctive and captivating manner. ### 2. The 3D technology they employ makes me feel as I'm lacks walking through the spaces. The features fails to enable me to explore every nook and cranny providing a poor experience. **What do you dislike about WalkInto?** The loe quality visuals and hectic navigation make it a cumberosem toolto use. One aspect that I'm not particularly fond of is the customization options provided by WalkInto. The platform lacks flexibility when it comes to design and branding whichmake it difficult to create an personalized tour experience. **What problems is WalkInto solving and how is that benefiting you?** The pricing structure isn't transparent. It is quite costly for businesses with locations or larger spaces. WalkInto falls short in terms of providing the level of customization and affordability that I desire. ### 3. It's visually obstructive. Repels visitors from the start. The walk feature is not good, there is a waiting period occasionally. **What do you dislike about WalkInto?** The program is not user friendly and difficult to navigate. I also have concerns about their customer support team not always being ready to assist with any questions. They needs to update that would improve the experience and make it more realistic. **What problems is WalkInto solving and how is that benefiting you?** The interface is perplexing and not very intuitive at times, which makes navigation difficult. The best thing that you can go virtually where you want even streets, cities that you are not able to visit because of coast, with WalkInto you go free and see what exactly you wish to see with 3d benefits. **What do you dislike about WalkInto?** actually when i use this program there is little problem regarding visual walk, sometimes you must wait a little to walk through the streets . so exactly that needs an improvement. **What problems is WalkInto solving and how is that benefiting you?** WalkInto solving big problems with movement ,because if i want to see some streets or buildings for my architekt work i use WalkInto program to get where i need. ### 7. Some ability to automatically venture through spaces would be great, and it would be nice to get more detailed analytics about how the features are being used, not just where users spend time. **Recommendations to others considering WalkInto:** Be sure to have a clear vision of how you might use the product--a lot of early planning can help with these solutions. **What problems is WalkInto solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's been absolutely awesome with the pandemic--getting spaces covered and effectively toured when people aren't keen on doing things in person is great. We've gotten a lot more traction on the spaces as well, which has led to more revenue. ### 8.
