WagePilot Reviews & Product Details

WagePilot is time tracking, rota scheduling and live labour-cost software for small UK businesses in hospitality, retail, care and other shift-based work. Staff clock in and out on their own phone with GPS geofencing, a QR code or a shared kiosk, and see their estimated earnings build up live during a shift; they can also check the rota, book holiday and message the team. Owners and managers get a live board showing who is in and what the shift is costing right now, plus rota planning, timesheet approval with flagged exceptions, holiday management, multiple sites and departments, reports and payroll-ready CSV exports. The staff app can be branded with the business's own logo and colours. Pricing is per site, never per head: free for 1 site and up to 5 staff, then £29 per site per month (Core) or £59 per site per month (Pro).
