## About vProp
vProp takes the photos you already have from a listing and turns them into a video you can post right away. You add the photos and the address, and in about few minutes you get back a finished video with narration, staged rooms, and captions ready for social. It does more than the listing video itself. From one property you can pull a full marketing set, including an email header, a social story, and a just-listed flyer, and each one comes with a caption written for wherever you're posting it. If a room is empty, you can stage it virtually instead of renting furniture and waiting for a shoot. For agents who care about showing up as themselves, vProp handles voice cloning and AI avatars. Record your voice once and it narrates future listings. Set up your avatar and you can appear in a week's worth of videos without filming any of them. There's also agent branding, reusable video themes, music that cuts to the beat, and 4K export for higher-end listings. Teams get their own shared workspace. A brokerage admin sees every agent's videos in one place along with billing, branding stays the same across the whole team, and a new agent can make their first video on day one. One video can also be cut down into short clips for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok, and exported in both English and Spanish.
