I find the terminology used in vPenTest sometimes confusing, especially for clients who are not well-versed in technical language. What I like best about vPenTest is that not only has it eliminated the manual section of penetration testing, but it has also isolated the test type which makes the use of it much easier to work with. I use it all of the time while I'm testing new products or updating and maintaining current and existing products. Their customer support is relatively challenging to get ahold of, however once you do get ahold of them, they will assist you with whatever it is that you need help with.
