There is Lack of range of features to resolve issues. **What do you dislike about Voxify?** Voxify is a tool for automating customer interactions and reducing call center expenses. The User interface is not user friendly. Voxify unables to simplify the training process for team members allowing them to quickly learn. **What problems is Voxify solving and how is that benefiting you?** There is lack of customization options in Voxify. The pricing structure of Voxify is high for businesses which is unaffordable. Non technical users find navigating Voxifys interface difficult at first requiring training. The customer support team does not even suggest trying a browser for downloads, which is not helpful. **What do you dislike about Voxify?** The limited customization options for voice changing make it difficult to create diverse audio. It is great if they provided customization flexibility in this regard. I found it difficult to navigate and utilize all the features efficiently due to the lack of a tutorial or guide. **What problems is Voxify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Voxify is providing us with a means of communication. It is beneficial if they provide guidance for beginners like me. I called customer support, and they recommended I use another browser.
