TOOL FOR CONDUCTING VIDEO CONFERENCES VOWELS **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Daniel Ricardo L. | Ingeniero de sistemas, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2023 **What do you like best about Vowels?** The fact of being able to find specific data from a video conference is of great value, because it saves us time and efficiency. **What do you dislike about Vowels?** The free plan is a bit limited because it is only for a maximum duration of 40 minutes. **Recommendations to others considering Vowels:** I recommend using the free version first, so that the entire work group gains confidence in using the tool, and when they have experience, it is advisable to use the paid version in case the meetings are of long duration. **What problems is Vowels solving and how is that benefiting you?** Transcribe, record, summarize video conferences easily, it is useful because sometimes when you need to find a piece of information within a meeting it is tedious, but this tool allows us to mark important data and then they can be easily consulted, it also creates a summary of the meetings held. ### 2. The team also strived to help me achieve all my requirements. Also provided alot of useful guidance along the way which was very helpful. **What do you dislike about Vowels?** It took longer than I anticipated and I had to put in much more time to get the best out of my expereince. But this could be because I was completely unaware of what to expect in the first place. **Recommendations to others considering Vowels:** Make sure you are clear about your expectations and requirements and communicate them well in the beginning. Be willing to take input and guidance along the way as well. **What problems is Vowels solving and how is that benefiting you?** For beginners or individuals just starting off with their branding process, the steps can be overwhelming and you can make a lot of mistakes.
