Recommendations to others considering Vowels:

I recommend using the free version first, so that the entire work group gains confidence in using the tool, and when they have experience, it is advisable to use the paid version in case the meetings are of long duration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vowels solving and how is that benefiting you?

Transcribe, record, summarize video conferences easily, it is useful because sometimes when you need to find a piece of information within a meeting it is tedious, but this tool allows us to mark important data and then they can be easily consulted, it also creates a summary of the meetings held.
