VOLI Projects Reviews & Product Details

VOLI Projects gives professional services firms one place to plan projects, staff them and follow delivery. Project managers see assignments, capacity and progress at a glance, and resource managers balance staffing across projects with capacity, demand and utilization views. Planning covers tasks, dependencies and the critical path, with drag-and-drop changes and baseline budgets spread over time. Time, expenses and approvals are handled where people already work: in Microsoft Teams, in the browser or on mobile, with AI-supported time suggestions based on calendar events and earlier work. VOLI Projects runs on its own or as an extension to Deltek Maconomy. With Maconomy it syncs projects both ways, follows Maconomy's timesheet logic and uses the same roles. It is built by VOLI, a Deltek partner in Copenhagen that has worked with professional services firms since 2017.
