VOIP is a go-to communicator for every recruiter, it is easy to use, I use it to call, send text SMS and contact candidates in my daily recruitment , i can send text sms easily and I liked that the most Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It does integrate well with the ATS software I used but somehow calling candidates is not possible until I copy their number and paste it in VoIP Numpad and dial them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
