We've been a Vantage customer almost since the inception of our company. As soon as we had AWS credits to spend, I set up Vantage (which was itself very early stage at the time). It was easy to get deployed, and was vastly superior to AWS' built-in cost management tools.
In those early days we were pushing some Vantage features to their limit, and I had several very pleasant and productive interactions with their support and even their CEO. It's been years since I've needed to reach out to their support, as the product is very solid, works very well, and is intuitive. I even onboarded our controller to Vantage so that she can self-serve her own data to attribute our spend to COGS, R&D, or sales activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't think this is a "dislike" per se, but sometimes I wish it could be configured to automatically do things like terminate VMs in non-prod accounts that have been running more than a few days, delete detached volumes in non-prod accounts after some time, etc. But I understand why they don't do that; it's an entirely different level of access and probably a liability that they'd prefer to avoid. Vantage is an easy to use application that helps the business in tracking and evaluting the budgets. It can quickly be implemented and integrated with cloud applications. Vantage provides detailed insights of spending reports and controls the spendings of bussiness by cost recommendation. Vantage helps us create easy to visualize and track budgets of our AWS spend. We've found it really helpful to see where our costs are going at a service level so that we could pivot our product roadmap and also address customer pain points that we were unaware of. The requirement to jump from a fixed-cost monthly plan to Enterprise after a certain billing threshold is kinda annoying. Like, if you trip the $20k spend mark for one month, they force you to upgrade to Enterprise to get back into your account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This software clearly visualizes the amount spent by the organization for the cloud services. The software is easy to use and very user friendly. They also have excellent customer support. I amazed to see how easily it can interact with the other softwares. my organization frequently uses this platform.

Till now i havent found anything that annoys me, just the implemetation time was little bit on the higher side Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Initially the most helpful thing was the ability to compare AWS intance costs in a nice customiseable table. Getting AWS spending was easy to integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't figured out a good use yet appart from a nicer looking dashboard, I expected a bit better recommendations. For instance I got a suggestion of getting a reserved instance to save on costs, but would've been useful to get suggestion like "you only use X% of memory of your instance Y, you could save by downsizing the instance to Z" instead.
