What I like most is the overall platform and how it brings different aspects of cloud cost management together in one place. It has been particularly useful for cost optimization and governance, as it gives us better visibility into where and how our cloud resources are being consumed.

I also find the policy management capabilities quite helpful because they allow us to establish and enforce consistent governance practices across the environment. Another thing I appreciate is how easy it is to build and customize reports. This makes it much simpler to track spending, identify optimization opportunities, and share meaningful insights with different teams. One area where I feel there is room for improvement is the user experience. The UI can sometimes feel a bit complex, especially when navigating through different features or trying to find specific information. It can take some time to get familiar with where everything is and how the different capabilities are organized.

I also feel the support experience could be significantly better. At times, getting the right level of support or resolving an issue can take longer than expected.
