**What do you like best about Superfly?**

An excellent product that provides extraordinary services such as finding the KOL's that matter the most to an organisation. Great for tracking activities of KOLs and support provided by the company is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Superfly?**

To be honest, no flaws that we found within Superfly. It is no doubt an excellent product that has helped us replace micosoft excel for finding the right KOLs

**What problems is Superfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we didn't wanted a CRM, tracking the activities of KOLs was impossible for us and we missed out many opportunities while managing the KOLs, superfly has helped us keep track of all of our DOLs/KOLs/KEEs. An excellent product that has solved all our problems.

**What do you like best about Superfly?**

Helps you track KOL activities and find the best KOL's that matter to our organization. Great customer services and pricing is excellent too.

**What do you dislike about Superfly?**

It is known to be a light touch CRM, I wish it had options for messaging but again its an excellent tool.

**What problems is Superfly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted a product to manage our Key opinion leaders and keep them engaged. The tool has helped us keep track of all the KOLs/KEEs. With its great support we have managed to be more effectve and effecient
