VM Hunter Reviews & Product Details

VM Hunter is AI answering machine detection (AMD) for outbound call centres and voice AI agents. Instead of guessing from beep timing, it transcribes the opening seconds of each answered call and decides from what is actually said, plus tone and silence analysis. It returns HUMAN or MACHINE with a reason about two seconds after answer, recognises carrier voicemail prompts, disconnected-number tones and iPhone and Google call screening, and logs every call with its transcript and audio sample. Open-source clients for VICIdial, Asterisk, FreeSWITCH and Twilio, plus a WebSocket API. Free tier of 5,000 calls a month.
