Vlora Reviews & Product Details

Vlora is booking and payment software for pilates, yoga and other wellness studios in Indonesia. Clients choose a class and pay on the studio's own booking page at yourstudio.vlora.app, with QRIS from any banking or e-wallet app, Virtual Account or card. Online payments go straight to the studio's own payment account, and each location can use its own account. A seat is held while the client pays and returns to the schedule if the payment window passes. Studios write their rules once and Vlora applies them at the booking page and the front desk: class packs valid from purchase or from the first class, memberships unlimited or with a quota and a daily limit, vouchers limited by hour, day, first purchase and maximum discount, reschedule fees, a cancellation policy per class type, location or studio, and duo or trio sessions priced per person. Staff get recurring schedules, seat-by-seat check-in, client profiles with emergency contacts and medical notes, staff roles, and finance reports by the day money arrives, exportable to Excel. Several branches can run side by side, each in its own time zone (WIB, WITA or WIT). Clients can book and pay as guests without an account; members see their remaining credits and reschedule in the member area. One subscription includes every feature, with no setup fee. Pricing is quoted per studio after a 30-minute demo.
