Vizenta Workforce Reviews & Product Details

Vizenta Workforce syncs CCTV-based attendance and facial recognition time clock data directly to payroll and HRMS systems. The system automatically identifies employees at entry points with attendance logged with timestamp, location, and duration. It pulls verified attendance logs from your CCTV gate system, calculates hours and overtime, and processes payroll in one click. The platform handles complex rotating shifts for factories and hospitals, provides AI-powered staff allocation suggestions based on historical data, and automates compliance tracking. Vizenta Workforce includes digital onboarding for new hires, instant access revocation upon termination, and seamless integration with SAP, Oracle, Workday, or any HRMS via API — potentially saving 2-5% on payroll costs.
